Google Lens can now identify the breed of cats and dogs

A while ago, Google added the Lens-feature to their app Photos. Lens analyses the photos you take to give you more information about them. You can then be given a selection of actions based on the context of the photo. For example, add an event to your calendar, based on a date shown in a photo.

It was impressive when it came out, and now it's getting even better. Lens can now pinpoint the breed of cats and dogs. And if Lens isn't sure enough on the match, you will be shown a carousel of possible results.

Google Photos is available on iOS and Android.
